Article 3 — Services offered
The service consists of collecting the customer's household linen from their home, washing it in a machine with gentle, organic products (no dry-cleaning), drying it, folding it and, where applicable, ironing it, then returning it to the customer's home.
The customer chooses one of the predefined plans (Couple, Family, Complete) or builds a tailor-made offer, according to a collection frequency (weekly, every two weeks, or monthly) and a linen mode: "Rental" (the linen is provided by the launderette) or "Wash only" (the linen is provided by the customer).
Article 4 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes, VAT at the rate in force (20%). The applicable price is the one displayed in the client area at the time of subscription. For the tailor-made offer, the monthly price is calculated automatically according to the selected quantities, the linen mode and the frequency. The company reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applicable to an ongoing subscription remains the one in force at the time of subscription until any change notified to the customer.
Article 5 — Subscription
Subscription is completed online after creating a customer account. The customer selects their plan, confirms their order and proceeds to payment. Confirmation of the subscription constitutes the conclusion of the contract.
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is made online by bank card, via our secure payment provider Stripe. Card details never pass through our servers. The subscription gives rise to a recurring monthly charge, on the anniversary date of the subscription, until cancellation.
Article 7 — Term, cancellation and suspension
Subscriptions are concluded with no commitment period. The customer may cancel at any time from their client area (management portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period already paid; no pro-rata refund is due for the period started.
Temporary suspension: the customer may suspend their subscription for one or more weeks without cancelling it. During the suspension, charges are frozen. Services already paid for but not used are retained and may be used after the subscription resumes.
Article 8 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons.
Immediate performance: the customer may expressly request that the service begin before the end of the withdrawal period. In that case, they acknowledge that, if they withdraw, they will have to pay an amount proportionate to the service already provided, and that they lose their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
To exercise this right, the customer notifies their decision by email to support@laverie-saint-petersbourg.fr or using the model form below:

Article 10 — Liability and care of the linen
The company takes the greatest care with the linen entrusted to it. Its liability cannot be engaged in the event of a pre-existing defect, particular fragility not reported, or normal wear. Any dispute regarding the condition of the linen must be reported within 48 hours of its return.
