It only sets a first-party audience-measurement cookie (see the "Cookies" section).
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to handle and respond to your request. The legal basis is your consent and, where applicable, the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Recipients
Your data is intended exclusively for the Laverie de Saint-Pétersbourg team. It is stored on our server (hosted by IONOS, within the European Union) and sent by email to the person in charge. A simple notification, containing no personal data, may be issued via the Telegram messaging app to signal that a message has been received. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention period
Messages and the associated data are kept for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data. To exercise them, write to us at support@laverie-saint-petersbourg.fr.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority, www.cnil.fr) if you believe your rights are not being respected.
Security
The website is accessible exclusively over HTTPS (encrypted connection). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against any unauthorised access.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. It uses a single first-party audience-measurement cookie (named lsp_vid), set by us only, to count the number of visitors anonymously (no personal data, no cross-site tracking). In line with the CNIL's recommendations on audience measurement, this cookie has a lifetime limited to 13 months and its use is exempt from consent.
